I have had some fun playing with a free stamp set that Altenew sent out so generously to its Altenew Educators. I just love Altenew’s beautiful stamps but even more so, their wonderful staff and designers. They are such a wonderful group!
Here’s a second card that I made recently using their stamp set and their new “Be Kind” stamp.
Supplies: Altenew A Gift For You stamp set, Altenew Be Kind stamp set, Altenew Crisp Dye Inks: Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades, Sunkissed, Orange Cream, Pink Pearl, Coral Bliss, Soft Lilac, Lavender Fields, Altenew Billowing Blossoms stamp set, Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew, Wink of Stella Glitter pen, Neenah Solar White Classic Crest #80, #110.
Thank you Altenew for this free stamp set complete with a personalized “Handmade By” stamp!!! (see the card below with the stamp set, on the right, behind the card and the personalized stamp on the left, behind the card.) It was a wonderful surprise and a lovely stamp set to play with!!
Here’s a quick, easy, simple card I made with my new stamp set from Altenew paired with this wonderful sentiment stamp, Be Kind.
Supplies: Craft card stock, AltenewA Gift For You Stamp Set, Altenew Be Kind Stamp Set, AltenewCrisp Dye Inks: Sunkissed, Grass Field, Autumn Blaze, Snapdragon, Coral Bliss, Firefly,AltenewCrystal Clear Embossing Powder, Versafine Onyx Black ink, White Gelly Roll Pen, Black card stock, #110 Neenah Solar White Classic Crest card stock.
To Make This Card: I randomly stamped the different images in the “A Gift For You” stamp set, then stamped the sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossed using Altenew Crystal Clear embossing powder. Using a white gelly roll pen I made white dots all around then mounted the craft card stock onto black card stock and then onto the card base made from Neenah Solar White Classic Crest #110.
Gina K Designs-Rina Krupsky Mandala Maker is so much fun to design with. You can do something simple like the two cards I have to share today, or go crazy (like I will share in the next couple of days). They are simple, easy and the sky is the limit to what you can design.
Supplies: Altenew Inks: Turquoise, Tide Blue, Starlight, Midnight Violet, Deep Iris, Lavender Fields; Gina K Wreath Builder Bundle, Gina K-Rina Krupsky Mandala Maker, Versafine Onyx Black Ink, Altenew Crystal Clear Embossing Powder, Black Card Stock, Neenah Solar White Classic Crest Card stock #80, #110, Craft Foam, Studio K Glitter Glue (VG0021). Hi there! Thank you for visiting Treasures In Letters today. I am just posting my Valentine’s cards now because I didn’t want to show them off and risk the recipient’s seeing them ahead of time. 🙂
Today’s cards feature a piece of alcohol inked background from my “stash”. Yes, I continue to work on using some of my stash.
The first card uses: Simon Says Stamp Cupid’s Heart Die, an alcohol inked background that has Ranger Watermelon ink and silver mixative plus a couple of other red-family alcohol inks (it was in my “stash” so I don’t have any notes on exact colors), My Favorite Things Inside/Out Stitched Square STA, Altenew Pure White embossing powder, Versamark ink, and the sentiment is from The Stamps of Life Ice Cream Truck 2 Stamp. Other supplies include: Neenah Solar White Classic Crest card stock #80, #110, a bone folder and Scor-buddy and black card stock.
