#AltenewLove

Altenew is amazing and so generous!

Thank you Altenew for this free stamp set complete with a personalized “Handmade By” stamp!!! (see the card below with the stamp set, on the right, behind the card and the personalized stamp on the left, behind the card.) It was a wonderful surprise and a lovely stamp set to play with!!

Here’s a quick, easy, simple card I made with my new stamp set from Altenew paired with this wonderful sentiment stamp, Be Kind.

Supplies: Craft card stock, Altenew A Gift For You Stamp Set, Altenew Be Kind Stamp Set, Altenew Crisp Dye Inks: Sunkissed, Grass Field, Autumn Blaze, Snapdragon, Coral Bliss, Firefly, Altenew Crystal Clear Embossing Powder, Versafine Onyx Black ink, White Gelly Roll Pen, Black card stock, #110 Neenah Solar White Classic Crest card stock.

To Make This Card: I randomly stamped the different images in the “A Gift For You” stamp set, then stamped the sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossed using Altenew Crystal Clear embossing powder. Using a white gelly roll pen I made white dots all around then mounted the craft card stock onto black card stock and then onto the card base made from Neenah Solar White Classic Crest #110.

Welcome and Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. To give you a little background about myself, I am a Christian, have been married for 33 years to my wonderful husband and I have two beautiful, adult, married daughters who are dear to me. I love to craft and find it relaxing, challenging, and a way to express a deep desire to create and make things with my hands. In the past my greatest joys in creating came from cross-stitching and sewing (I was a design major in college). But now I find it in paper-crafting, more specifically in card making. My other passions are bike riding, weight training, chocolate, and ice cream.
