Valentine’s Day Cards

Hi there! Thank you for visiting Treasures In Letters today. I am just posting my Valentine’s cards now because I didn’t want to show them off and risk the recipient’s seeing them ahead of time. 🙂

Today’s cards feature a piece of alcohol inked background from my “stash”. Yes, I continue to work on using some of my stash.

The first card uses: Simon Says Stamp Cupid’s Heart Die, an alcohol inked background that has Ranger Watermelon ink and silver mixative plus a couple of other red-family alcohol inks (it was in my “stash” so I don’t have any notes on exact colors), My Favorite Things Inside/Out Stitched Square STA, Altenew Pure White embossing powder, Versamark ink, and the sentiment is from The Stamps of Life Ice Cream Truck 2 Stamp. Other supplies include: Neenah Solar White Classic Crest card stock #80, #110, a bone folder and Scor-buddy and black card stock.

Welcome and Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. To give you a little background about myself, I am a Christian, have been married for 33 years to my wonderful husband and I have two beautiful, adult, married daughters who are dear to me. I love to craft and find it relaxing, challenging, and a way to express a deep desire to create and make things with my hands. In the past my greatest joys in creating came from cross-stitching and sewing (I was a design major in college). But now I find it in paper-crafting, more specifically in card making. My other passions are bike riding, weight training, chocolate, and ice cream.
